Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging when possible
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within several business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may already be processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
